As a client of NayaCo, we take this opportunity to both thank you and share with you the importance in which we hold the privacy and confidentiality of your business and personal information. Working with you, NayaCo gathers the necessary information from you, as well as other public and private sources to determine that you are operating as a legal business entity. We collect nonpublic information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
• Information about your transactions with us; and
• Information we receive from a consumer/business reporting agency.

We may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal and/or business information about you:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, federal tax identifier or social security number; and
• Information about your transactions with us and payment history;

We will not disclose information about you or your business to any third parties, except for the following:

• Government agencies as required by law
• Credit Reporting agencies
• Organization that you have granted NayaCo permission to release information to. (This must be in written form on your company letter head, signed by a principal or owner.)
